We are recruiting a dental surgeon M/F to join a private practice located in the heart of Montpellier, in the Hérault region, as part of a private collaboration with the prospect of association.
Description and duties
As a general practitioner, you will work within a multidisciplinary structure and will be required to:
- Carry out routine dental care and specialty procedures according to your skills
. - Participate in continuity of care alongside experienced practitioners
. - Collaborate with the administrative team to optimize your activity
. - Get involved in the practice's dynamic with a view to a future transfer of shares
ADN of the structure
The structure, ideally located in Montpellier, was renovated in 2021. The team currently in place comprises three dental surgeons and a psychiatrist. Each practitioner works in a serene, fluid environment, with two large waiting rooms and three treatment rooms, one of which can be converted into an operating room. As part of your practice, you will have access to a full range of technical equipment, including a new sterilization room, a retro-alveolar X-ray, an intra-oral camera and Logos software. Assistance will be provided by a medical secretary dedicated to administrative management and a qualified dental assistant present in the chair.
Compensation
For this position, you will have a retrocession on monthly sales to choose between:
- 50% of your sales, prosthetic costs paid by the practice
-60% of your sales with prostheses paid for by you
