We are recruiting a Dental Surgeon M/F to join a multidisciplinary dental center located in the 11th arrondissement of Paris as part of a salaried contract.
Description and duties
Working in a multidisciplinary dental center with 6 dental chairs, you will take charge of an already busy patient base:
- Conservative, prosthetic and, depending on your practice, implantology (Straumann implants)
- Chairside work supported by experienced assistants (5-10 years seniority)
- Free management of your schedule (4-hour morning/4-hour afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday)
- No pressure of figures: the objective remains the quality of the patient pathway and mutual support between practitioners.
Structure DNA
Century-old, sector 1 establishment, renowned for its internal patient pathway (medicine, dentistry, specialties). Stable team of 4 dentists (≈ 12 years seniority) and 3 ADs. Invested management, reinvesting revenues in modernization (Henry Schein supplier). Two chairs to be filled by end 2025, ZNP quotas respected. Freedom of protocol and collegial atmosphere.
Compensation
- Remuneration of 28% gross + 10% paid vacation
- No commercial pressure, schedule already full.
