We are recruiting a health executive M/F to join a healthcare facility located in Sentheim in the Haut-Rhin region, as part of a full-time CDI.
Description and duties
As part of your duties, you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing care within the unit. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the care teams to ensure the quality, safety and continuity of care. Your main duties will include:
- Managing schedules and monitoring staffing levels
. - Participation in the development of professional practices
- Management of quality assurance and continuous improvement projects
. - Collaboration with physicians, other managers and support services
You will work weekday hours, and participate in on-call duty organized within the establishment.
