Job Rehabilitation Executive M/F - Sens 89
We are offering a unique opportunity for a Cadre de rééducation H/F en CDI à temps plein, to strengthen the team of a carepluridisciplinary establishment located in Sens.
As rehabilitation manager, you will be responsible for managing this diverse team, organizing schedules, monitoring the quality of care, and coordinating rehabilitation activities with other departments in the establishment. You will also be involved in the recruitmentand integration of new collaborators, managing training and maintaining rehabilitation equipment.
Your role will also include participation in medical projects and coordination meetings, actively contributing to the facility's development strategy. You will also liaise with training centers to host trainees and develop professional partnerships.
Located in Sens, this position benefits from a strategic location close to the Île-de-France region, offering easy access to Paris via the rail network. The town, with its rich historical heritage and diverse cultural facilities, offers a high quality of life with its many green spaces and shops.
For this position, you will benefit from a compensation of €3200 gross/month. In addition, accommodation may be provided to facilitate your integration.
