We are recruiting a dental assistant r?f?rente H/F to join a dental practice located in Paris (?le-de-France). Paris (?le-de-France), as part of a CDI.

Position details
- 39-hour contract spread over 4 or 5 days a week
- Supervision and guidance of team of dental assistants
- Efficient coordination of daily practice operations
- Maintenance of high quality standards of dental care
- Managing complex situations and providing technical support to the team
- Close collaboration with practitioners to optimize operational efficiency

Remuneration
2500 € gross per month and quarterly bonus of 750 €, based on an internal benchmark.

Profiles sought: Qualified dental assistant holding a dental assistant diploma, ideally with first experience gained in a similar position.
