Job Referent Dental Assistant M/F - Paris 15ème

We are recruiting a dental assistant referent dental assistant H/F to join a dental practice located in Paris (Île-de-France), as part of a CDI.

Position details
- 39-hour contract spread over 4 or 5 days a week
- Supervision and guidance of the team of dental assistants
- Effective coordination of daily practice operations
- Maintenance of high quality standards of dental care
- Management of complex situations and technical support to the team
- Close collaboration with practitionersto optimize operational efficiency

Compensation
2500 € gross per month and quarterly bonus of 750 €, based on an internal benchmark.

Profiles sought: Qualified dental assistant holding a dental assistant diploma, ideally with successful initial experience in a similar position.
