We are recruiting an Algologist M/F to join a home hospitalization (HAD) facility located in Évreux, in the Eure department, as part of a full-time CDI.
Description and missions
As an algologist within this HAH, you will provide personalized follow-up of patients at home, with care focused on pain, palliative care and oncology. Working with a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for:
- Making 3 to 6 home visits a week, i.e. around 45 to 50 patients
. - Participate in weekly coordination meetings with IDECs, psychologists and social workers
. - Assess clinical situations and initiate or adjust care plans in collaboration with care teams
. - Ensure continuity of care via a shared on-call system (approximately 1 week every 5 to 6 weeks)
- Participate in medical working groups and draft protocols with hospital partners
. - Contribute to the development of innovative projects: transfusion, chemotherapy, home vac-therapy

Compensation
Gross annual remuneration of between €90,000 and €120,000 depending on profile for full-time equivalent.
