Job Night Care Aide M/F - Chagny 71

We are recruiting a nursing assistant M/F to join a structure located near Chagny (Saône-et-Loire) for a CDI night shift.

Description
You will be working in a modern nursing home, with hours from 8:45pm to 7:00am. Your weekly work schedule will alternate with 1 week with 2 days worked (3-day weekend Saturday, Sunday, Monday) and the following week on Thursday and Friday (1 weekend out of 2). You will carry out various tasks:
- Night-time supervision of residents
- Working with a hospital agent to distribute snacks and night-time treatments delegated by the nurse
. - Performing three room rounds per night for somatic monitoring of residents
. - Applying emergency procedures
- Performing some housekeeping on the ground floor
- Use of TITAN software for traceability

Structure DNA
This geriatric facility accommodates 60 residents, mainly senile elderly, with a few cases of Parkinson's. The residence, spread over three floors with two elevators, offers acaring environment and a measured approach to patients, inspired by Montessori practices. At present, the team includes two IDEs and night staff, in addition to care assistants planned to join the workforce.

Compensation
For this position, you will receive an attractive compensation depending on your experience, to be negotiated during your interview. You'll get extra pay for weekend hours, as well as clothing and attendance bonuses at the end of the year.
