We are recruiting a caregiver M/F to join a re-education and rehabilitation facility located in Avon, in the Seine-et-Marne region, as part of a full-time CDI.
Description and missions
As a caregiver, you will play a key role in supporting patients on a daily basis. Your duties will include:
- Provide hygiene and comfort care (toileting, dressing)
- Participate in meal distribution and help with food intake
. - Accompany patients on their journeys, including wheelchair access
. - Participate in the distribution of medication under the supervision of the nursing team
- Ensure disinfection of beds in the event of departure
- Work in collaboration with a team of 3 nurses in the morning and afternoon
Day shift rotation 7:48 a.m./2 a.m./1 p.m.
- Morning: 6:00 am - 1:48 pm
- Afternoon: 12:42 pm - 8:30 pm
You will work 1 weekend out of 2.

You'll be joining a dynamic establishment specializing in rehabilitation, with an average capacity of 65 patients (up to 85 patients at peak times). The atmosphere is collaborative, and interpersonal skills are an essential value. The pace of care is controlled, with an average length of stay of 50 nights. The facility operates around the clock, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, guaranteeing optimum patient care in a well-organized, humane environment.
Compensation
Salary according to the collective bargaining agreement, enhanced by seniority.
Salary is spread over 14 months, with bonuses paid as follows:
- May: additional half month
- September: an additional month and a half
November: two additional months
You also benefit from 50 days' paid vacation per year.
