We are recruiting a caregiver M/F to join a medico-social establishment located in Ingersheim, in the Haut-Rhin region, as part of a full-time CDI.
Description and duties
As a caregiver, you will work with residents to ensure their physical and psychological well-being. Your main duties will include:
- Monitoring residents' state of health and respecting their individual needs
. - Keeping strict track of information in care files
. - Assisting with meals, toileting and bedtime
. - Distribution of treatments in compliance with protocols
. - Relational support, in a caring and respectful approach to the elderly person
The position is organized in day shifts with 12-hour days, one weekend out of ten worked and one Saturday morning out of five.
