Terms and conditions - Self-employed (gradual takeover) - Full time or part time to be defined The structure General practice established in 1988, with a loyal and diversified patient base of around 7,000 patients. The premises, managed via an SCI, are recent and well-maintained, with regular renovations. It comprises two medical offices, a shared waiting room and a total surface area of around 100 m². In addition, a nurse's surgery is in the process of being set up. The practice is located close to Sauternes train station, around 35 minutes from Bordeaux by freeway. The environment is dynamic, with an active community life and a large local employment pool. It is also part of a well-structured medical environment, with nurses, physiotherapists and dental surgeons close by.
