Job Coordinator Physician M/F - Forbach 57 We are looking for a coordinating physician M/F to join an EHPAD near Forbach, for a part-time CDI. As a coordinating physician, you will be responsible for the coordination and quality of care provided to residents. You will be responsible for organizing ongoing care, participating in specialized commissions, and coordinating internal and external teams. You will have a key role in assessing residents' needs and implementing personalized care projects. You will join a multi-disciplinary team of nurses, care assistants and a psychologist, all dedicated to the personalized care of the establishment's residents. This modern facility has 60 permanent accommodation places, 4 temporary accommodation places, a 12-room Unité de Vie Protégée (UVP), and a Pôle d'Activités et de Soins Adaptés (PASA). You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of nurses, care assistants and a psychologist, all dedicated to providing personalized support for the facility's residents. Located in Forbach, close to the border with Germany, this position is strategically located for a healthcare professional, with rapid access to major cities such as Saarbrücken and Metz via the A320 freeway. You will benefit from an attractive remuneration package of between €90 and €110K gross per annum for 0.3 FTE.
