Job Medical secretary M/F - Noisy-le-Roi & Versailles 78 We are recruiting a Medical Secretary M/F to join two dental practices located in Noisy le Roi and Versailles, in the Yvelines region, on a permanent contract. DNA of the structure You will work in two dental practices with three practitioners on two sites, Noisy-le-Roi and Versailles. The position will involve regular travel between the two locations. Description and duties You will be responsible for the following main tasks - Physical and telephone reception of patients at both sites - Diary management and appointment scheduling - Managing direct billing and invoicing - Explanation of estimates to patients and administrative follow-up of files - Use of Logos software, with the possibility of training For this position, you will work 39 hours a week, spread over 5 days, i.e. Monday to Thursday from 10:00 to 19:30 or 20:00 and Friday from 12:00 to 18:30. Compensation For this position, you will receive a monthly salary of €2,000 net.
