Job Veterinarian M/F - Poitiers 86 We are recruiting a veterinarian M/F to join a veterinary clinic located in Poitiers, in the Vienne region, as part of a part-time CDI or a freelance collaboration. Description and missions As a veterinary clinic director, you will play a central role in the management and organization of the clinic's activities. Your working time will be split 80% in clinical practice and 20% in medical and managerial direction. You will be free to structure the veterinary team according to your projects and to give the clinic a new dynamic. Your responsibilities will include: - Medical development of the clinic according to your areas of expertise. - Supervision of the ASV and veterinary teams. - budgetary, regulatory and organizational supervision - Coordination with head office support functions - The opportunity to develop specialties such as orthopedics or ophthalmology Structure DNA Located in Poitiers, a dynamic city with excellent transport links (TGV, freeways, airport), the clinic enjoys an ideal location, close to Futuroscope and the banks of the Vienne river. Historically a reference in orthopedics and ophthalmology, the clinic is equipped with a high-performance technical platform, including digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopes, a full Idexx laboratory, ophthalmology equipment and gas anesthesia. You will be supported by a team of 4 ASVs and benefit from daily support from head office experts, so that you can concentrate on medical and strategic development. Compensation Your salary will start at 100,000 euros gross/year, plus a welcome bonus. Rural Veterinarian Job - Poitiers 86 We are recruiting a rural veterinarian M/F to join a rural veterinary practice located in Poitiers, in the Vienne region, on a self-employed basis. DNA of the structure You will be joining an extensive rural practice (over 1,200 clients). Your radius of intervention will be within 2 hours of your home, with occasional trips further afield (these are paid for). The aim will be to give you a small portfolio to start with, so that you can gradually develop your business in these areas and increase your customer base. You'll be working in an exceptional environment, highly appreciated by professionals looking to reconcile their professional and personal lives. Description and missions You will be part of an organization focused on supporting breeders and population medicine. Your main tasks will be to - Breeder support and herd health monitoring - Population medicine / BSE and advisory visits - Care visits for diarrhea, health problems and common pathologies - Performance of PSE and other planned visits - No calving, caesarean or surgical services - Audits and expert appraisals: reproduction, milk quality and production, feeding, parasitism, sterilization and disinfection protocols - Possible participation in internal training courses and sharing of feedback from the field Work organization : - Activity equivalent to half time or 2/3 time - Approximately 1 day per week dedicated to care visits - Ability to organize schedule independently with secretarial support On-call duty and emergencies : - On-call duty provided by the veterinarian; emergency team in the process of being set up - In the event of a non-life-threatening emergency, travel possible 2 to 3 days later Remuneration For this position, you will have the choice between invoicing per visit or a retrocession of 12% gross of sales.
