We are recruiting a veterinarian M/F to join a veterinary clinic located in Brest, in the Finistère region, as part of a full-time or part-time CDI.
Description and duties
As a clinic veterinary director, you will lead an ambitious medical project in liaison with the group's central services. You will be responsible for:
- Defining and implementing an efficient organization to achieve the structure's objectives
- Ensure the safety and well-being of employees by creating an optimal working environment
. - Engage the team in a continuous improvement process in terms of quality of care
. - Promote cooperation with other network structures
. - Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations within the clinic
You will evolve in a generalist canine medicine-oriented environment, with skills in internal medicine, cardiology and behavior.
Structure DNA
The clinic enjoys a privileged location in the city of Brest, at the heart of a dynamic area between sea and nature. You'll join a team of 4 vets and 5 ASVs, in a friendly, collaborative atmosphere. The facility has:
- 3 consultation rooms
- An ultrasound room
- A radiology room
- 2 surgical preparation rooms
- A rest room and a sports room
. - X-ray, 2 Doppler ultrasound scanners, 2 gas anesthesia machines
- Procyte, Catalyst and Kimmuno analyzers, plus a medical laser
.
Compensation
For this position, you will benefit from a conventional salary plus 20%, to be determined according to your profile and experience.
