An optical store located in Wissembourg, in the Bas-Rhin department, is seeking a new store manager (M/F) for a permanent position. Requirements - Permanent contract - Full-time (35 to 39 hours per week) - Tuesday through Saturday - 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays The Business This is an optical store located in a shopping district, run by a close-knit team of two employees. You’ll have access to a functional retail space as well as a fully equipped break room, all in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Furthermore, Wissembourg, a town on the German border, offers a pleasant work environment and a loyal customer base, with free parking making it easy to access the store. Compensation - Fixed salary of €2,800 to €3,300 gross per month, negotiable based on experience - Variable bonuses based on revenue and personal sales Responsibilities - Team leadership and store management - Sales and customer consultation - Conducting eye exams - Lab work and lens fitting - Fitting contact lenses Benefits - Functional retail space and fully equipped break room - Local team - Work with Cosium and Zeiss, and network management - €7 meal vouchers, with 50% covered by the company - 50% of health insurance premiums covered - Bonuses based on revenue and personal sales - Parking That little extra Wissembourg is one of the most beautiful towns in Alsace, traversed by the Lauter River and lined with flower-adorned half-timbered houses.
