An ESAT located in Groslay, in the Val-d'Oise department, is seeking a new special education teacher (M/F) for a permanent position.
Requirements
- Permanent contract
- Full-time, 37 hours per week
- Monday through Thursday from 8:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The Organization
This is an ESAT that serves 80 adults with disabilities, with support strictly focused on the workplace and professional development. You will work in collaboration with a clinical psychologist and a career counselor to help workers build and advance their career paths. In addition, an organizational meeting is held every Monday to facilitate regular communication within the team and ensure consistency in the support provided.
Compensation
- Ranges from €2,541 to €3,100 gross per month, depending on seniority
- CCN 51 collective bargaining agreement, including the Ségur and Laforcade bonuses
Responsibilities
- Observation and assessment of workers’ abilities in the workshops
- Providing educational and social support in the workplace
- Developing and monitoring personalized plans
- Supporting independence and social and professional inclusion
- Participating in meetings and discussions with the team
