Job Details
- Contract: Part-time permanent contract, 30 hours per week
- Workdays: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
- Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with flexibility in scheduling
The Organization
You will join a medical-social organization specializing in supporting people with disabilities and complex life histories, based in Évry-Courcouronnes, with travel throughout the Essonne department. A coordinator is on-site to support you on a daily basis. You will serve as backup for the team, in a role that requires you to become self-sufficient quickly, as a special education teacher on the team is going on maternity leave starting in December.
Compensation
For this position, you will receive a salary starting at €2,180 gross per month, including the Ségur bonus.
Responsibilities
- Providing direct educational support to clients in their various living environments: home, school, and community settings
- Conducting functional assessments
- Implementing and monitoring individual support plans
- Supporting families and caregivers
- Supporting socialization and independence initiatives, in collaboration with the coordinator

Qualifications
You hold the State Diploma in Special Education (DEES) and have a Class B driver’s license, which is essential for travel within the department. You are self-reliant and comfortable working in the field, and you enjoy collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
