Job Radiologist M/F - Montpellier 34

We are recruiting a radiologist M/F to join a network of medical structures located in Montpellier, in the Hérault region, as part of a self-employed collaboration.

DNA of the structure
Present in 21 centers in the Occitanie region, this dynamic network comprises 28 associated radiologists spread over several SELAS, in partnership with 7 centers and 3 town practices. The technical equipment is complete and high-performance: 15 radiology tables, 5 bone densitometers, 7 dental panoramic scanners, 20 ultrasound scanners, 5 mammography scanners, as well as several MRIs and scanners located in partner clinics.
The operation is based on shared governance: 50% of the capital is held by an investment fund, 50% by the practitioners, but the latter retain 75% of the voting rights.
You will be part of a constantly evolving structure, benefiting from a team of 80 manipulators and state-of-the-art technical equipment (Stéphanix, General Electric, Fuji).

Description and duties
You will perform imaging procedures in different types of structures, depending on your specialty:
- X-ray, ultrasound, mammography in general practices
- Scanner, MRI, minor emergencies in nursing homes
- Interventional radiology, oncology, neurology, musculoskeletal or cardiovascular imaging in specialized imaging centers

The need is particularly strong for the following profiles:
- Cardiovascular imaging
- Neuroimaging
- Musculoskeletal radiology
- Vascular radiology
- Combined cardio-neuro-musculo-skeletal skills

You can start out as a replacement (600 euros gross per shift) with an average of 50 shifts before deciding to collaborate. You are free to arrange your working hours as you wish: full-time (4 days/week), 3/4 time or part-time.

Compensation
You will receive a net salary of between 16,500 and 19,500 euros, depending on your activity, with social security charges (CAF and URSSAF) paid by the organization. Possible increase through on-call duty and additional shifts.

Description and tasks You will work within a structured network of town practices, nursing homes and radiology centers, with a diversified activity including : - Conventional radiology, ultrasound, mammography - CT, MRI and emergency imaging - Interventional radiology (via 2 operating room scanners) - Targeted activities in cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, neurological and oncological imaging The proposed full-time schedule is 4 days a week, with flexible 3/4-time or half-time options. The recruitment process generally begins with 50 assessment shifts, paid at 600 euros gross per half-day shift. Compensation Net monthly remuneration of between 16,500 and 19,500 euros (after CAF and URSSAF deductions paid by the structure), depending on the chosen schedule. The group also boasts a team of 80 manipulators. Imacam is 50% backed by an investment fund, with physicians retaining 75% of voting rights. Access to capital is available from 50,000 euros, with controlled exit conditions (penalties depending on seniority, except on retirement or during sale windows every 4 to 5 years). Description and missions You will be working in a network of radiology centers with varied activities, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. The structure offers several types of shifts, depending on the establishment: - Conventional radiology (x-rays, ultrasound, mammography) in private practices - CT and MRI scans in nursing homes - Emergency, oncology, neurology and interventional radiology in specialized centers Full-time work corresponds to 4 days a week, with 8 weeks' vacation.
