We are recruiting a radiologist M/F to join a healthcare organization based in Montpellier, in the Hérault region, on a self-employed basis.

Structure DNA
You will be joining a dynamic regional group covering the whole of the Occitanie region, with over 21 centers, including several in Montpellier under the Imacam umbrella. The organization comprises 28 associated radiologists, spread across 4 SELAS, 7 partner clinics, 3 town practices and 4 medical consultation establishments.
The technical facilities are modern and complete: 15 radiology tables, 5 bone densitometers, 7 panoramic views, 20 ultrasound scanners, 5 mammography scanners, with equipment from recognized brands (Stéphanix, General Electric, Fujifilm).
The group also boasts a team of 80 manipulators.
Imacam is 50% backed by an investment fund, with physicians retaining 75% of voting rights. Access to capital is available from 50,000 euros, with controlled exit conditions (penalties depending on seniority, except on retirement or during sale windows every 4 to 5 years).

Description and missions
You will be working in a network of radiology centers with varied activities, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. The structure offers several types of shifts, depending on the establishment:
- Conventional radiology (x-rays, ultrasound, mammography) in private practices
- CT and MRI scans in nursing homes
- Emergency, oncology, neurology and interventional radiology in specialized centers

Full-time work corresponds to 4 days a week, with 8 weeks' vacation. It is also possible to opt for part-time work (half-time or 3/4 time).
Start-up shifts last an average of 50 half-days, before the final decision to work together is taken. The replacement is paid 600 euros gross per shift.

Profiles specializing in vascular, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, neurology or oncology are particularly sought-after, especially on two major sites.

Compensation
Attractive net salary ranging from €16,500 to €19,500 per month (after deduction of social security contributions paid by the structure). Possibility of increasing income through additional shifts and on-call duty.
