Job Radiologist M/F - Ganges 34 We are recruiting a radiologist M/F to join an equipped clinic located in Ganges, in the Hérault region, as part of a private practice contract or replacement. DNA of the structure You'll be joining a well-structured regional group with 21 sites in the Occitanie region, offering a diverse working environment: town practices (radio, echo, mammography), nursing homes (scanner, MRI, emergencies) and specialized centers (oncology, neurology, interventional radiology). The technical platform at the Ganges site includes a scanner and an MRI. The group's overall equipment includes 15 tables, 5 bone densitometers, 7 panoramic scanners, 20 ultrasound scanners and 5 mammography scanners, with Stephanix, General Electric and Fuji equipment. A team of 80 manipulators provides technical support at all centers. The governance model is balanced: 50% of shares held by associate physicians, 50% by an investment fund, with 75% of voting rights retained by practitioners. An opening to capital is possible from 50,000 euros, with controlled exit conditions and penalty-free exit windows on retirement or during negotiation periods (every 4 to 5 years). Description and missions You'll be working in a high-performance facility, where you'll be involved in a wide range of activities, including : - Performing CT and MRI examinations - The opportunity to develop skills in interventional radiology - Expected expertise in vascular, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, or combinations including neurology - Involvement in the development of oncology The full-time schedule is 4 days a week, with 8 weeks' leave. Part-time practice (half-time or 3/4 time) is also possible. Prior replacement is usually offered, with an average of 50 shifts before the decision to collaborate. Replacement shifts are remunerated at 600 euros gross per half-day (CAF and URSSAF to be paid by the practitioner). Remuneration You will receive a net monthly salary of between 16,500 and 19,500 euros, after CAF and URSSAF contributions have been paid by the structure. Additional shifts and on-call duty can be added to this income.
