Employment Psychiatrist - Saint-Avold 57 We are recruiting a psychiatrist M/F to join a day hospital located in Saint-Avold in the Grand Est region of France, on a full-time permanent contract. DNA of the structure You will work in a day hospital dedicated to stabilized psychiatric pathologies, with 25 places and an average of 20 patients per day. The premises promote comprehensive care, with therapeutic activity rooms, a soothing lounge and a dining room. The multi-disciplinary team includes psychologists and a number of specialists. Located in an urban area, the facility benefits from easy access to main roads and public transport, offering a pleasant living environment with local heritage and green spaces. Description and missions You will join a structured organization with fixed working hours and no on-call duty. Your main tasks will be : - Ensure medical follow-up and continuity of care for day hospital patients - Participate in the development and implementation of the establishment's health project - Contribute to quality, risk management and certification processes - Participate in training and research initiatives in conjunction with the Research and Innovation Department - Work closely with the paramedical team and psychologists to organize individual and group care - Possibility of involvement in broader medical functions, including chairing the hospital medical committee Compensation For this position, you will receive a gross fixed salary of €12-13,000, plus a €200 professional fee where applicable, as well as profit-sharing and incentive schemes, to be negotiated according to profile.
