Description and missions As a pharmacist, you will play an essential role in managing and optimizing the dispensary. Your duties will include: - Dispensing medicines and providing pharmaceutical advice to patients. - Supervising pharmacy assistants and organizing teamwork. - Managing inventory and tracking orders with suppliers. - Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and current protocols. - Participating in the continuous improvement of the pharmacy and the introduction of innovative services. Structure DNA The pharmacy is equipped with modern equipment, including a vending machine running Pharmax software, and operates under Winpharma software, guaranteeing optimized order and stock management. The working environment is pleasant and encourages collaboration between team members. The pharmacy serves an average of 1,000 customers a day, and has a team of 30 employees, including 3 pharmacists. Compensation Coefficient between 600 and 650 depending on experience.
