Structure DNA
The practitioner has been established for one year and previously practiced in Barcelona. This is his first collaboration with the firm. The organization offers great flexibility in terms of work rhythm, with the future collaborator able to define his or her own schedule.
The firm currently has two chairs, with a third planned for March. Employees will have their own chair and state-of-the-art equipment. The set includes radio, apex, rotary system and a brand-new scanner. There are no microscopes or cone beams at present, but an investment could be made if required.
A dedicated secretary manages appointments, sterilization and the tray. There is no chair-side assistant at present, but the presence of a chair-side assistant may be considered if required.
Located in the Ardennes, the practice benefits from a city environment with amenities and attractive regional accessibility, including connections to neighboring Belgium.
Description and missions
You will be joining a structure focused on the care of children, with an existing and loyal patient base. Your main duties will be
- Provide chair-side pedodontic care
. - Adapt behavioral and preventive care to the age of patients
. - Work independently, while coordinating follow-ups with the existing practitioner
- Use a modern technical platform including scanner, x-ray, apex and rotary system
The practice has an active schedule and quickly filled slots during the previous installation, generating significant patient flow.
Compensation
For this position, you will have a retrocession of 50% up to 30K and 60% above 31K, negotiable depending on experience. Consumables are paid for by the practice, prosthesis remains the responsibility of the associate.
