Job ENT M/F - Jossigny 77 We are recruiting an ENT M/F to join a medical center located in Jossigny, Seine-et-Marne, as part of a private practice. Description and duties You'll be joining a 160 m² medical center where several cubicles are available to welcome new specialists. A private practice activity is offered, with the possibility of arranging your workspace to suit your needs. Your duties will include: - Handling routine ENT consultations - Screening, diagnosis and follow-up of ENT pathologies - Coordination with other on-site specialists - Possible use of shared equipment if made available by the center Retrocession conditions are as follows: - 30% of sales if you use your own equipment - 40% of sales if the center invests in the equipment, subject to a commitment to be present 3 to 4 days a week Structure DNA The medical center is ideally located. It benefits from optimum visibility and easy access. Four 12 to 15 m² cubicles are available, two with windows and two with bay windows overlooking the corridor. The facility is currently home to two non-medical practitioners until July 2025. A pulmonologist specializing in sleep and a fellow pulmonologist already work here, sharing some equipment. An experienced medical assistant is also on site. Organization is optimized thanks to a secretariat. Compensation Retrocession of 30% of sales without use of equipment or 40% with provision of equipment by the structure, subject to conditions.
