We are recruiting an optician M/F to join an optical store located in Alençon, as part of a CDI full time or part time depending on availability.
Description and missions
As a qualified optician, you will join a highly reputable store offering a wide range of services and frames. You'll take part in a varied activity focused on visual health and customer advice. Your tasks will include:
- Personalized advice and sales of optical equipment adapted to customers' needs
. - Fitting corrective lenses and glasses
. - Assisting customers with low vision or contact lenses, depending on your skills
. - Participate in teleconsultations and manage the optical division (men's, women's, children's, sunglasses)
- Contribute to individual and collective sales objectives through dynamic challenges
ADN of the structure
You will join a store that is part of a network of 28 sales outlets spread over several départements (Indre-et-Loire, Mayenne, Calvados...). You'll work in a high-quality environment, with a designer area offering top-of-the-range frames, and a close-knit, friendly, multi-disciplinary team (qualified opticians, sales fitters, assistants). The Alençon store is located in the city center and enjoys a constant flow of customers. The change of management in 2024 has energized internal prospects, with a strong desire to help teams grow. Two in-house trainers support new talent in both commercial and technical areas.
Compensation
Gross monthly salary of between €2600 and €2800, rising to €3000 depending on experience and seniority.
