We are hiring a nurse (M/F) to join a hospital in Loches, Indre-et-Loire, under a permanent contract.

The Facility
You will join a hospital spread across two sites in Loches: one focused on surgery and medicine, with an outpatient department and emergency room, and the other dedicated to post-acute care, rehabilitation, and long-term care. The team includes an occupational therapist, a dietitian, a social worker, APA coordinators, nurses, and nursing assistants, as well as a referring physician and a coordinating physician. In addition, sessions take place in the rehabilitation room or at the patients’ bedsides, as needed.
Compensation
- Compensation based on the FPH pay scale
Responsibilities
- Provide care aimed at maintaining or restoring patients’ health
- Monitor patients’ health and coordinate their care during hospitalization and upon discharge
- Act independently within the scope of one’s role and in accordance with the physician’s orders
- Perform procedures within one’s area of expertise and collaborate with nursing assistants
- Provide guidance to peers and keep professional knowledge up to date
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and health monitoring

Qualifications
- Must hold a French State Nursing Diploma
- Be registered with the regional ARS and the French Nurses’ Association
- Must have completed professional training, particularly in blood transfusion, emergency procedures, and patient identification
- Computer skills are a plus
