A nursing home located in Grand-Lucé, in the Sarthe department, is seeking a new nurse (M/F) for a permanent position.

The Facility
This is a long-term care facility with 87 beds, comprising 72 beds for permanent residents, 12 beds in a secure Alzheimer’s unit, and 3 beds for temporary residents, supplemented by 9 day-care spots. You will join a care team consisting of three registered nurses, nursing assistants, a senior nursing manager, a coordinating physician, a psychologist, an occupational therapist, and activity coordinators. Furthermore, the facility is located in Grand-Lucé, a small, peaceful town in southeastern Sarthe, offering a pleasant, close-knit work environment.
Compensation
- CCN 51 collective bargaining agreement with 100% seniority credit
- Entry-level position: €2,050 net per month
- Candidate with 10 years of experience: €2,250 net per month
- Ségur bonuses, annual bonus, and decentralized bonus
Responsibilities
- General patient care
- Administrative duties on weekdays
- Exclusive patient care on weekends
- Organizational support within the care team

Job Requirements
Registered nurse licensed in France. Experience in a long-term care facility (EHPAD) is preferred.
