As such, you are responsible for: - Drawing up, monitoring and evaluating the EHPAD's care project. - Coordinating care in conjunction with the nurse coordinator. - Medical assessment of residents, particularly in the context of admissions. - Leading the care team and coordinating work with external service providers. - Implementing and monitoring medical and paramedical protocols. - Participating in drawing up agreements with healthcare establishments and geriatric networks. You will work in a multidisciplinary environment, in direct liaison with attending physicians, specialists and paramedical professionals.
