We are recruiting a coordinating physician M/F to join a nursing home for the elderly located in Nevers, Nièvre, in the context of a 0.4 FTE position. DNA of the facility The facility accommodates the frail elderly and offers 80 permanent accommodation units, 1 temporary accommodation unit, 14 PASA places and 10 day care places. The building is adapted to accommodate people with reduced mobility, and includes 20 m² apartments with individual bathrooms that can be customized by residents. In addition, the facility boasts a 6,500 m² garden with paths, patios and vegetable patches, encouraging residents to get out and about and enhancing their well-being. Support is based on a multidisciplinary, caring approach. Description and responsibilities You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team comprising a coordinating doctor, a coordinating nurse, nurses, care assistants and support professionals, ensuring the day-to-day care of residents. You will be responsible for medical coordination and follow-up with the nursing team and the residents' attending physicians. You will work in collaboration with private practitioners (physiotherapist, chiropodist) and participate in coordination bodies and facility projects. You will ensure the quality of care and the adaptation of medical responses to residents' needs.
