The administrative office manages five practitioners’ schedules and a six-line switchboard, with the assistance of a second secretary. Furthermore, the job responsibilities are streamlined—there is no need to handle direct billing, electronic data transmission, or collections—allowing you to focus on greeting patients and scheduling appointments.
