The structure
This is a network of multidisciplinary centers located in the Paris region, with sites close to Paris and the La Défense business district. In addition, the organization offers modern, patient-focused outpatient care and comprehensive, coordinated support. Teams are multi-disciplinary and multi-skilled, and can move between centers as needed.

Remuneration
- 28,000 to 35,000€ gross per year

Responsibilities
- Physical reception of patients according to protocols and management of identity vigilance
- Creation, follow-up and updating of patient and GP files
- Update CPAM, mutuelle, CMU and AME information
- Manage patient status and referrals on Doctolib
- Invoicing and quotation of consultations via Desmos
- Integration of invoices and payments on Doctolib and CPAM teletransmission
- Cash desk management: daily closing of accounts, signing out and securing receipts
- Preparation and restocking of consultation cubicles, application of hygiene protocols
- Perform and read basic ECGs, set up and configure MAPA and Holter ECGs, set up ventilatory polygraphs
- Participation in inter-center protocol harmonization and cross-functional head office projects
- Back-up intervention as part of a planned on-call system

Profile required
- Graduated medical assistant in France, with 4 to 5 years' experience in this type of position.
- Thorough and proven mastery of the duties of a care assistant: reception, billing, discharge management, care pathway, etc
- Knowledge of, or ability to quickly train in, specific technical procedures (ECG, MAPA, Holter, polygraphy)
- Comfortable using digital tools (Doctolib, Desmos, teletransmission)
- Autonomy, rigor and organizational skills
- Strong sense of service and patient relations
- Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
- Geographic mobility and flexibility
- A taste for versatility and operational excellence
