A specialist establishment in the 16th arrondisement of Paris is looking for its new medical secretary M/F on a permanent contract.

Terms and conditions
- CDI
- Full time (35h)
- Monday to Friday
- 35h per week from 7:30am to 7pm
- One Saturday morning on call every five to six weeks (included in the 35h) and public holidays worked in rotation (with extra pay)

The structure
You will work in one of the three departments of an institute specializing in assisted reproduction. Located in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, the site groups together several doctors and a multidisciplinary team dedicated to the PMA pathway, with a human and dynamic organization.

Remuneration
- 1,750 to 2,000 € net/month

Responsibilities
- Welcome patients physically and by telephone, handling a high volume of calls
- Explaining the treatment pathway to couples and providing administrative information
- Appointment scheduling and e-mail management
- Billing, quotation of procedures and remote transmission
- Follow-up of stimulation monitoring as part of the PMA program
- Use and input of business software in conjunction with the medical team
- Occasional mobility to work on the other two centers (also located in Paris)
