A medical practice located in Paris’s 15th arrondissement is actively seeking a medical secretary (M/F) for a fixed-term contract.

1-year fixed-term contract
Full-time (35 hours per week)
Monday through Friday
Mornings on-site from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.; afternoons and Fridays working remotely

The Organization
The position is based at two locations: a consulting office in Paris’s 15th arrondissement and a clinic in Meudon, in the Hauts-de-Seine department. In addition, onboarding is carefully supported: an immersion morning is scheduled during the recruitment process, followed by a two-month training period led by the current assistant. The Paris office is accessible by metro and bus, while the Meudon location offers free on-site parking and a tram stop right nearby.

Compensation

€1,800 net/month

Responsibilities

Typing consultation letters and surgical reports
Managing schedules and payments
Drafting and managing prescriptions, sick leave notices, and transportation vouchers
Scheduling surgical procedures
Managing the clinics’ and facility’s various platforms
