Medical Biologist (M/F) - Metz 57

As part of its business expansion, a leading hospital in Metz, in the Moselle department, is seeking a new medical biologist (M/F).

Requirements
- Contract physician or tenured hospital physician
- Full-time

The Facility
You will join a leading hospital in the Northern Lorraine region, spread across several sites, including hospitals in Metz and Thionville. This facility comprises medical and social services, general medicine, cardiology, oncology, and psychiatry units, as well as well-organized emergency departments; its two emergency sites handle a high annual volume of patients and are staffed by multidisciplinary teams and operational mobile emergency medical units (SMUR).

Compensation
- €5,930 gross per month for contract physicians
- €4,600 to €9,400 gross per month for tenured hospital physicians
- Sign-on bonus of €20,000

Responsibilities
- Performing and interpreting clinical laboratory tests
- Assisting with off-site tests at GHT locations
- Participating in round-the-clock operations for emergency, intensive care, and critical care units
- Coordinating with department heads and the diagnostic team
- Participating in laboratory-wide meetings and cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications
Medical biologist with a degree from France or the European Union, registered or eligible for registration with the Order.
