A clinical laboratory located in Ambérieu-en-Bugey, in the Ain department, is seeking a new independent general clinical biologist (M/F).

The Organization
This is a medical laboratory that is part of an independent group comprising 24 laboratories and 2 technical facilities operating 24 hours a day. You will join a team of four biologists already on staff, within a small, locally rooted organization. Furthermore, Ambérieu-en-Bugey enjoys a prime location between the Bugey Mountains and the Ain Plain, about 45 minutes from Lyon.
Compensation
- €120,000 per year for full-time employment
- Additional compensation for on-call shifts and standby duty ranging from €7,000 to €8,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Performing all types of specimen collection and correcting any errors detected
- Biologically validating the results
- Follow-up on urgent and incomplete test results
- Overseeing quality control procedures
- Participating in on-call shifts and standby duty

Job Requirements
Medical biologist with a degree from France or the European Union, registered or eligible for registration with the Order, with prior experience in a laboratory setting.
