We are recruiting a General Practitioner M/F to join a healthcare establishment located in La Tour-en-Jarez, as part of a full-time salaried position.
ADN of the structure
You will be working in a healthcare establishment currently undergoing a transformation towards a multi-purpose offering, with ARS authorization for this development. The organization aims to strengthen the local care pathway following the retirement of several general practitioners, in order to meet demand in the area. The current team comprises 18 employees, including secretaries and a dental practitioner, with low staff turnover and a friendly, structured working environment. The facility is easily accessible and located close to a train station, around 1 hour from Lyon by train or car.
Description and duties
You will be in charge of general medical consultations and the medical follow-up of a varied patient base. Your main duties:
- General medical consultations in the office
>. - Coordination of the care pathway and collaboration with the administrative team and other practitioners
- Participate in the development of the facility's versatility in order to improve the local healthcare offer
. At the same time, the facility is recruiting a secretary/medical assistant to support the business.
Compensation
For this position, you will have a 45% gross retrocession which can be increased up to 50% gross depending on experience and working hours.
