Description and duties The main aim of the position of coordinating physician is to ensure the quality and safety of geriatric care. Your main duties will include: 1 - Ensuring good geriatric practice - Coordinate geriatric assessments and formulate diagnostic and therapeutic proposals (drug and non-drug). - Promote good prescribing practices for the elderly (with reference to the therapeutic booklet). - Ensure the dissemination and application of good geriatric practices. - Contribute to the evaluation of care quality. - Participate in training and informing professionals. - Participate in drawing up and coordinating the implementation of personalized care plans. 2 - Guaranteeing residents' rights, freedoms and safety - Act as a point of contact for residents, their families and/or legal representatives - Develop and reassess measures to restrict freedoms if strictly necessary (restraint, UVP, additional precautions, etc.) - Ensure measures are consistent with the personalized project - Guarantee physical integrity, safety and freedom of movement - Ensure optimal palliative care support 3 - Participate in the development and implementation of the care project - Draw up the general care project and coordinate its implementation - Provide medical advice on admissions - Assess dependency (AGGIR/PATHOS) - Ensure compliance of resident files - Draft the Annual Medical Activity Report (RAMA) 4 - Guarantee continuity and quality of care - Streamline the care pathway - Ensure care in emergencies - Prescribe if necessary in the absence of an attending physician - Maintain medical records - Organize care in exceptional situations - Promote telemedicine 5 - Promote prevention and public health - Identify public health risks - Organize prevention campaigns (vaccinations, heatwaves, etc.) - Participate in infectious risk management - Secure the medication circuit - Coordinate feedback on RIGs 6 - Participate in regional outreach - Organize and chair the Geriatric Coordination Commission (CCG) - Develop regional partnerships - Participate in the supervision of interns and students - Participate in agreements with healthcare players 7 - Additional duties (depending on working hours or voluntary work) - Participation in national projects or working groups - Participation in clinical studies (CHU, foundations, etc.) - E-MEDEC or territorial physician missions - Response to ARS calls for projects - Development of local partnerships - Participation in innovative schemes Remuneration For this position, you will receive a monthly salary of between €8,000 and €10,000 gross.
