We are recruiting a coordinating physician M/F to join a human-sized EHPAD located in Bourgogne-Fresne, near Reims, as part of a part-time CDI (0.2 FTE).
Description and duties
The facility accommodates 43 permanent residents and one temporary place. You will be responsible for the role of coordinating physician, working closely with the care team and medical partners, with the following main tasks:
- Drawing up and monitoring care plans
. - Coordinating with healthcare professionals and families
. - Leading the quality and risk management process
. - Medical supervision of the healthcare team
. - Participation in continuity of care and admissions
