We are looking for a coordinating physician M/F to join a retirement home located in La Jarne.
Your role will be to coordinate all aspects of care, ensuring that personalized care plans are implemented and that residents' individual needs are assessed. You will be an integral part of a team dedicated to providing a respectful and homelike living environment, focused on the well-being and respect for the dignity of our seniors.
This 0.6 FTE CDI position is available as soon as possible, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality of care provided to the entity's 92 residents, without direct medical prescription (except in emergencies). With no on-call or on-call obligations, this position allows you to reconcile your professional and personal life, while having a significant impact on the lives of the residents.
