A preventive healthcare support service in Toulouse, Haute-Garonne, is looking for its new Ehpad Director M/F for a brand license / franchise.
The structure
You will be joining a fast-growing organization, with expansion in France and ongoing developments in Switzerland and Belgium. The project revolves around sales development and the deployment of local franchise managers.
Remuneration
- Entry to the network: €15,000 excl
- 500 ex. VAT monthly royalty
- Variable remuneration based on sales
Missions
- Recruitment and retention of partner doctors
- Meeting and representing local partners and employer organizations
- Sign and manage partnership agreements
- Administrative and operational organization of services on the platform
- Schedule and monitor check-ups with specialists
- Management of the sales unit and development of the local network
- Team leadership, with weekly training of at least half an hour
- Management of medical appointments and travel expenses
- Administrative follow-up of medical files
- Coordination of a complete medical check-up with 10 to 15 specialists
