We are recruiting a physiotherapist M/F to join a medico social structure located in Eysines in Gironde, within the framework of a full-time contract
ADN of the structure
You will be working in a facility caring for 88 young people aged 5 to 20 with motor disabilities and significant vulnerabilities. The team is made up of around 90 employees, including a rehabilitation doctor, a psychomotor therapist, a psychologist, a nurse, a care assistant, educators, logistics teams and a group of managers. 100% of our young people attend school outdoors. The facility emphasizes self-determination and support for everyday activities, while offering professionals extensive access to training.
Description and missions
You will join a multidisciplinary team and take charge of young people with motor disabilities. Your main duties will be:
- Assessing rehabilitation needs and establishing individualized therapeutic projects
. - Provide individual and group motor rehabilitation sessions
. - Assisting with daily activities and working on young people's autonomy and self-determination
. - Work closely with the rehabilitation physician, psychomotor therapist, psychologist, nursing team and educators
. - Participate in team meetings, summaries and case follow-up
. The department has five physiotherapists. Recruitment is aimed at strengthening the team and ensuring continuity of care.
Compensation
For this position, you will benefit from remuneration in line with collective agreement 66 on a full-time basis with Ségur bonus according to internal mutual insurance conditions and access to numerous training courses
