We are recruiting a Nurse M/F to join a healthcare establishment located in Clamart, in the Hauts-de-Seine department, as part of a CDI or long term CDD.
Description and missions
As a nurse in this multidisciplinary establishment, you will have the opportunity to work in different departments depending on your profile and preferences:
- General medicine
- Surgery
- Emergency
- Ambulatory care (not a priority)
Your tasks will vary depending on the department you are part of, but will include:
- Administration of prescribed treatment and care
- Monitoring patients' state of health
. - Working in collaboration with the medical and paramedical team
. - Participating in the continuity and quality of care
Daytime working hours, generally from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., according to a rota defined by the department.
Facility DNA
The establishment has 75 beds spread over several poles: surgery, medicine, emergency, autodialysis, anesthesia-intensive care, follow-up and rehabilitation care, day hospital in medicine and geriatrics. You'll be joining a dynamic organization with 34 surgeons, multidisciplinary medical services and a diversified consultation center. Well-being at work is a central concern, with concrete initiatives deployed all year round for employees.
Compensation
Remuneration in accordance with the private hospitalization agreement, calculated on the basis of the year of graduation and supplemented by bonuses.
