A clinic located in Saint-Herblain, Loire-Atlantique, is looking for its new night health executive M/F for a CDD renewable into a CDI.
Terms and conditions
- Full-time fixed-term contract, renewable into a permanent contract
- Full time
- 4 days a week + 1 day on day shift
- 4:30 pm to 11:30 pm
The structure
This private facility is located on the outskirts of Nantes / Saint-Herblain, within a modern, structured hospital environment. In addition, the facility is nationally recognized and offers a multidisciplinary service covering some thirty medical specialties with around 1,500 healthcare professionals. The multi-building organization accommodates major surgery, "soft" surgery, the medical department and the continuing care unit, with cross-functional management of night shifts excluding maternity. The working environment is demanding, structured and focused on quality of care.
Your salary
- Between €38,000 and €45,000 gross/year + 10% bonus
Missions
- Coordination of night-time paramedical activity
- Management and adjustment of schedules and replacements
- Management of unforeseen absences, overtime and use of temporary staff
- Day/night interface with IDE, AS and pool teams
- Participation in recruitment and integration of new recruits
- Team leadership and managerial support for night shifts
- Assessment of practices and skills development
- Coordination of emergency hospitalizations at night, in liaison with medical teams and the on-call administrator
- Monitoring indicators, dashboards and continuous improvement actions
- Ensure patient and staff safety and apply protocols
- Quality monitoring of patient files and prescriptions
- Participate in institutional life and report to the Care Department
