An establishment located near Rezé, in Loire-Atlantique, is looking for its new health executive M/F for a permanent contract.

The structure
This is a private hospital of excellence, located in Saint-Herblain on the outskirts of Nantes. It brings together some thirty medical specialties and almost 1,500 healthcare professionals. In addition, Block F is dedicated to soft surgery, with activities in thoracic, vascular, digestive, urology, gynecology, ENT, proctology and endoscopy. The current organization includes an OR manager, two OR executives (including one position to be filled) and two regulation nurses responsible for flow management. The management team includes orderlies, ASH, stretcher-bearers and logistics teams. The facility benefits from nearby public transport access and parking facilities.
Remuneration
- In accordance with the FHP collective agreement, including SEGUR bonus
- 13th month bonus
- Repossession of seniority possible depending on field experience
Responsibilities
- Ensure the conditions necessary for the implementation of the medical project
- Guarantee the application of the care project in the operating room
- Ensure the quality and safety of patient care
- Optimize OR organization and performance
- Manage paramedical and logistics teams
- Manage human and material resources
- Work closely with medical teams
- Participate in cross-functional quality, risk management and continuous improvement projects
- Participate in the establishment's governing bodies

Qualified healthcare executive in France.
State nursing diploma required. Proven supervisory experience in an operating room or hospital/clinic environment essential. Solution-oriented, proactive, rigorous and autonomous, with strong interpersonal intelligence, clear leadership and good stress management and communication skills in complex situations.
