Hospital Pharmacist Job M/F - Gan 64 We are recruiting a hospital pharmacist M/F to join a multi-purpose medico-rehabilitation (SMR) department located in Gan (Pyrénées-Atlantiques), as part of a CDIà full time (1 FTE). Description As a hospital pharmacist, you will be in charge of the complete management of drugsand sterile medical devices (SMDs), from procurement to verification. You will work alongside a pharmacy preparer within an 80 bed facility. You will supervise prescriptions and work closely with the care teams to ensure the safety of treatments. Your duties will also include: - Participation in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure optimal care for patients. - Development and implementation of medication management protocols. - Inventory management and promotion of training and information initiatives for medicaland paramedical teams.
