The structure The owner of the premises is offering a fully equipped practice available from April. The professional premises are on one level and include a waiting room, an auscultation room and an office of around 60 m2. The professional space is air-conditioned and accessible for wheelchair users. Appointments are managed via Doctolib, and the structure benefits from a Doctolib telephone secretarial service, with the possibility of setting up a workstation for a secretary. The commune has a population of around 3,700 and is located in the ZIP zone, which translates into a large patient base estimated at between 2,000 and 3,000.
