That Extra Little Something
The 13th arrondissement is full of contrasts: the Butte-aux-Cailles retains a village-like atmosphere with its cobblestone streets and street art murals, while the four towers of the Bibliothèque nationale de France, designed to resemble open books, overlook the banks of the Seine. The neighborhood is also home to the capital’s largest Asian district, renowned for its gourmet restaurants.
