The Practice
This is a 4-chair dental practice with a strong focus on cosmetic dentistry, offering clear aligners, teeth whitening, and veneers in addition to traditional dental care. You will work in an environment similar to that of a private practice, with complete autonomy, as part of a team of four dentists. You will have a dental assistant dedicated to your chair and two administrative secretaries, as well as an on-site prosthetics laboratory offering complete freedom in prosthetic choices. Furthermore, the center provides an ideal environment for a practitioner looking to develop their skills in cosmetic dentistry.
Compensation
- 31% gross of revenue for treatments, prosthetics, and veneers
- 22% gross of revenue for aligners and teeth whitening
Responsibilities
- Performing restorative and prosthetic treatments
- Providing comprehensive dental care to a diverse patient base
- Developing a cosmetic dentistry practice: veneers, aligners, and teeth whitening
- Developing and monitoring treatment plans
