That little extra something
Bièvre takes its name from the old word for “beaver,” the iconic animal that adorns its coat of arms and has made a remarkable comeback along the rivers of the Ardennes. Nestled in the heart of the Southern Ardennes Nature Park, the town boasts vast forests crisscrossed by hiking trails, just a stone’s throw from the village of Our—listed among the Most Beautiful Villages of Wallonia—and the medieval town of Bouillon with its famous fortified castle.
